David S. Haley is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) with the State of Texas, a National Certified Addiction Counselor, Level II (NCAC II), and a U.S. Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (DOT‑SAP). He is a member of the National Association of Addiction Professionals (NAADAC), and the Texas Association of Addiction Professionals (TAAP). In the fiscal year 2025, he became an MFP-Addiction Counseling Fellow after being chosen by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). With more than 14 years of experience, David has established himself as a trusted and compassionate professional in the field of addiction counseling.
His approach blends clinical expertise with genuine care, meeting people where they are and guiding them toward lasting recovery.
In 2018, David founded SURSET as a private practice, expanding his ability to serve individuals and families seeking help and healing. He continues to advance the practice by using his gifts and talents to help improve the lives of those he serve. David openly credits his success and perseverance to his faith in God, acknowledging that every accomplishment is rooted in that foundation.
