David S.Haley, LCDC, MBA

David is a Board Certified Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with the State of Texas and has been practicing in the East Texas Area for over 12 years. He began his education at Tyler Junior College where he majored in Human Services/Addiction Counseling. He went on to obtain a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler.

Through out his career, working in Inpatient and Oupatient settings, he has taught a vast array of drug and alcohol classes and has successfully counseled hundreds of people addicted to alcohol and other drugs. In 2018 he opened SURSET as a private practice. He is advancing the practice using his gifts and talents to help improve the lives of others. He is committed to assisting individuals and families with recovery from substance use related problems and gives all the credit to his God and Father who never fails. David has set high standards for himself and has not stopped until he has accompslished them.
